Imagine ABA is a locally owned ABA therapy practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality services for children and families throughout North Alabama. We're growing and are looking for a dependable, proactive Clinic Manager/Administrative Assistant to become an essential part of our leadership team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, solving problems before they become problems, and helping a busy clinic run efficiently. You'll work closely with leadership while supporting our clinical team and creating a welcoming experience for every family who walks through our doors.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, client intake, documentation, insurance authorizations, credentialing, and office workflows.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for families, staff, and community partners with professionalism and kindness.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HIPAA, insurance requirements, and company policies.
- Keep the clinic organized, stocked, clean, and running efficiently.
- Prepare client materials, organize supplies, and provide occasional support to clinical staff as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes while helping solve day-to-day operational challenges.
- Support leadership with administrative projects and help create an exceptional experience for both employees and families.

Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in an ABA clinic, healthcare practice, or clinic management role preferred.
- Experience with medical billing, insurance claims, authorizations, or credentialing preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable learning and using technology, including Google Workspace, Jotform, Canva, Outlook, and practice management software such as CentralReach.
