We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) to join our team in Toms River, New Jersey. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to deliver evidence-based ABA services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing behavioral treatment plans, collecting data, and communicating with families and team members to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1:1 sessions with clients in their natural environments to implement behavioral treatment plans
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to adapt treatment plans and address client needs
- Provide accurate and detailed documentation of client sessions and progress
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental needs a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish highly preferred
