Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we offer a supportive environment with room to grow. If you're RBT-certified, that's a plus—but not required!

Compensation:

• BT Rate: $20-$25/hour
• RBT Rate (if certified): $22-$28/hour
• Paid training opportunities available

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect data and document client progress
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy highly preferred
• RBT certification a plus, not required
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Ability to pass background checks
