What are the responsibilities and job description for the Print Shop Operator -10am to 7pm position at IMAGENET CONSULTING?
Essential Functions/Job Duties:

Work an order desk or window for walk-up customer order submission.

Check order entry web submission for customer orders.

Make copies and prints for customers.

Bind documents for customers.

Any finishing tasks for print orders including padding, laminating and cutting.

Keep paper and supplies for facility equipment organized.

Answer customer service calls and transfer calls.

Deliver finished jobs to customers/departments/sites.

General customer care/customer service for facility staff members.

Regular, physical attendance on a predictable basis is essential to the performance of this job.

Other duties and projects as assigned by Supervisor and/or Management.
Required Minimum Job Qualifications, Experience, Education and Training
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; may be required to take and pass a Core Basic Copier Technology Exam.
Preferred Education and Experience
Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two (2) year college or technical school preferred.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Must be able to accomplish any and all duties with little to no assistance.
