This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Hope, PA. The Golf Instructor will be responsible for providing professional golf instruction to individuals and groups of all ages and skill levels, including junior golfers. Day-to-day tasks include assessing players’ abilities, providing tailored training plans, offering guidance on proper use of golf equipment, and supporting each student’s unique journey to achieving their personal goals in the sport. The instructor will also maintain a positive and engaging learning environment to enhance the overall experience for students.
- Proven experience in Golf Instruction, with strong knowledge of techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with Golf Equipment and its proper usage, as well as general understanding of the game of Golf
- Experience in coaching Junior Golf or training young players is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with students of all ages and skill levels
- Enthusiastic attitude, patience, and a passion for teaching
- Professional certifications or memberships (e.g., PGA membership) are a plus
