Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Golf Instructor based in New Hope, PA. The Golf Instructor will provide personalized instruction to players of all skill levels, focusing on improving their performance through tailored training sessions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting lessons, utilizing various training techniques and tools, mentoring junior golfers, offering equipment recommendations, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Golf Instruction and understanding of various teaching methods
- Knowledge of Golf Equipment and its applications to suit different players
- Experience in training Junior Golf students and fostering their development
- Comprehensive understanding of the game of Golf, including rules and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to individual player needs
- Previous experience as a Golf Instructor is preferred
- PGA or LPGA certification is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site in New Hope, PA
