Overview
Join our team as a Club House Manager Assistant, where your energy and organizational skills will help create a welcoming, well-run environment for our members. Your proactive approach will help foster a lively, organized space that members can enjoy. We are in start up phase where our company is being developed. Join the ground floor as part time that will turn into a full time position. Part time will be onsite with the below duties, learning our approach with our members and cold calling our prospects.
Daily Duties
- 80 phone calls
- Fill out EOD Report and send to owner
- Daily Huddle
- Confirm demo appointments
- Check for guest pass purchases
- Check door to ensure “Connected” status
- Bag racks for lost or missing items
- Empty trash cans
- Restrooms are cleaned
- Toiletries are stocked
- Stock water stations
- Restart systems from previous days usage
- Check ball hoppers
- Check amount of golf balls in each bay
- Check prior days visits and cameras
Weekly:
- Weekly 1:1
- Fill out EOW Report and send to owner
- Check supply lockers
- Create list of supplies needed for the coming week
- Water
- Toiletries
- Fresh scent Oil
- Business cards
- Inspect all hitting surfaces
- Inspect all Auto-Tee functionality
- Inspect all base plates
- Check for lost balls behind the hitting screen
- Screen adjustments
- Screen cleanliness
- Impact pads
- Air freshener rell
- Bulletin board
- Tournament rankings
Monthly:
- Ball cleaning
- Replace Tees
- Water refrigerator emptied and cleaned before replacing water
- Fire extinguishers are within inspection date
- Monthly newsletter and tournament letter is posted
- Financial Review
- Fill out EOD Report and send to owner
