Responsibilities
I. Deliver World-Class Clinical Care
- Transform Smiles & Lives: Diagnose, plan, and perform a full spectrum of dental treatments—from preventive care to advanced restorative and surgical procedures.
- Educate & Empower: Guide patients toward optimal oral health through personalized education and treatment options.
- Lead Clinical Excellence: Collaborate with hygienists and assistants, and refer complex cases within the Imagen network or trusted specialists.
- Build a Culture of Growth: Coach and mentor your clinical team, fostering continuous learning and professional development.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Access cutting-edge education through Imagen University and bring the latest innovations to your practice.
- Strategic Leadership: Partner with your Operations Manager to set a bold vision for growth and communicate it with clarity and purpose.
- Financial Stewardship: Review financial performance, shape budgets, and make informed decisions that strengthen your practice.

- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Current, valid state license to practice dentistry (License must be in good standing) or eligible for licensure.
- Two years of practice experience.
- Other certifications as required by state to include - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Open to relocation
