- Monday: 7:30am - 5pm
- Tuesday: 7:30am - 5pm
- Wednesday: 8:30am - 4pm
- Thursday: 7:30am - 3:30pm
- Friday: 7:30am -3:30pm
- Saturday: Off
- Sunday: Off
The Front Office Coordinator should:
- Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
- Develop productive schedules.
- Manage patient documents and records.
- Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
- Present treatment plans and collect payments
- Arrange payment plans for patients
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification
- Warm and friendly personalities are welcomed!
- Knowledge of Dental Insurance and Treatment planning is preferred but open to training someone
- Knowledge or willingness to learn dental operations
- Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
