We are seeking a Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles. As a Front Office Coordinator, you will deliver best-in-class patient care and focus on putting every patient first, every visit.

- Monday: Off
- Tuesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Wednesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am - 2:00pm
- Saturday: Off
- Sunday: Off
Our Dental Front Office Coordinator should (but not limited to):
- Meet and greet patients with enthusiasm and kindness is our number one priority
- Ability to learn dental verbiage, coding, and procedures
- Ability to learn insurance benefits and dental claim processing
- Manage patient documents and records
- Process and complete claim forms
- Engage and foster strong patient relationships through a positive experience
- Discuss treatment and financial arrangements with patients
- Schedule appointments and help develop productive schedules
- Demonstrate proper phone etiquette
- Participates and contributes to a positive work environment
- Open to experience in dental or medical office receptionist role
- Warm and friendly personality
- Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
- Knowledge of Eaglesoft a plus!
