We are seeking an experienced, high impact Director of FP&A and Financial Modeling to join our senior-level HR team in Elsmford, NY.
This position is located in Elmsford, NY with regular travel to King of Prussia, PA during the first several months.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
The Director of FP&A and Financial Modeling will be:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint are a must
- Advanced financial statement modeling
- Advanced experience working with Oracle EPM or similar platforms
- Effective leadership, mentoring and communication skills
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or related field
- PE experience of 2 years
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with changing priorities
- Solid mathematical aptitude
- Strong and effective project management skills
- Ability to conduct User Acceptance testing and build hierarchies within EPM
