Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Installation Specialist based in Rochester, NY. The Installation Specialist will be responsible for the installation of a variety of visual communication products, including signage, graphics, and displays. Daily tasks include preparing materials, completing installations at client locations, following project specifications, and ensuring quality and precision. The role requires excellent customer service, coordination with team members, and adherence to safety protocols during installations.
Qualifications
- Positive, professional attitude
- Ability to consult and problem solve with client
- Strong communication skills to be able to coordinate projects with staff
- Current driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with NO supervision
- Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools (i.e. tape measure, level, drill, hand saw, auger, etc.)
- Vinyl graphics application experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders and scaffolding
- MUST BE responsible, reliable and punctual!!
**Previous experience is preferred, but not required for right candidate**
Primary Responsibilities:
- Install vinyl graphics and wraps
- Install post & panel signs
- Install interior office signage
- Assemble signs and prep graphics
- Maintain clean and organized work area.
- Work indoors and outdoors year-round as required
