Responsibilities:  

Our business depends largely on the abilities of our Marketers. Our Account Executives serve as a public awareness representative and are primarily responsible for connecting our top-quality care to eligible patients and families. This is an outside sales role, and you will be expected to meet intake and referral goals as established by management. 

• Be compassionate in every interaction 

• Utilize your network to generate high-quality referrals for our hospice care services. 

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other potential referral sources. 

• Implement targeted marketing strategies to maximize outreach and visibility in the community. 

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination in the delivery of hospice services. 

• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on your industry knowledge and market trends.

Qualifications: 

• Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving marketing goals. 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively. 

• In-depth knowledge of the hospice care industry and the local healthcare landscape preferred. 

• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a commitment to excellence. 

Requirements: 

• Undergraduate degree preferred. 

• Must have at least one year of sales experience.

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance. 

• Must be willing to travel in all weather conditions but no overnights will be required. 

• The ability to work efficiently in rapidly changing environments.
