MACHINIST

Awning Innovations is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Channel Letter Assembly Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will assist with the assembly and finishing of illuminated signage, ensuring products meet company quality standards and customer expectations.

This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, the ability to work with hand tools and materials, and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and finish channel letters and sign components according to production specifications.
• Work with various materials and components to ensure proper fit, alignment, and appearance.
• Inspect parts and completed work to maintain quality standards.
• Identify and correct defects or inconsistencies during the assembly process.
• Utilize hand tools, adhesives, sealants, and other equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production needs or concerns.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, construction, or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using hand tools and measuring devices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
