This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable Clerk located in Memphis, TN. The Accounts Payable Clerk will manage and process invoices, support accounting entries, reconcile accounts, and ensure accuracy in financial records. Additional responsibilities include maintaining vendor records, assisting with timely payments, and collaborating with internal teams to address inquiries or discrepancies related to accounts payable.
- Proficiency in Finance, Accounting, and Invoicing processes
- Experience with Accounting Software and tools
- Strong Communication skills for collaborating with vendors and team members
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of accounts payable best practices and regulations
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in construction or industrial sectors is a plus
