This is not a traditional sales or advertising-focused position. Instead, this role centers on becoming a trusted resource and relationship partner within the dental community.
Position Overview
This role focuses on creating and maintaining strong partnerships with dental offices by understanding their goals, challenges, and needs while helping connect them with valuable clinical and support resources.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Establishing authentic and long-term relationships with dental practices Learning and understanding individual practice priorities and challenges Serving as a resource and point of connection across multiple services Maintaining ongoing communication and engagement Supporting sustainable growth through partnership development
Role Distribution
This position supports two divisions equally:
- 50% iMagDent — imaging and diagnostic services 50% MetroWest Orthodontics & Periodontics — specialty clinical care
Both organizations share a common goal of supporting providers and enhancing patient care experiences.
Primary Responsibilities
Relationship Management & Partnership Development
- Build and strengthen relationships with general dental offices throughout an assigned region Develop stronger engagement with key partner practices Maintain consistent communication through office visits, follow-up, and relationship touchpoints Gain insight into the goals and operational needs of each office
Practice Support & Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between practices and internal teams Help offices access educational, diagnostic, and clinical resources available through our organization Ensure continued satisfaction and ongoing value for partner practices
Growth & Development Initiatives
- Support awareness and utilization of imaging and specialty services Identify opportunities to expand collaboration and engagement Assist in strengthening referral activity and patient movement across service lines
Communication & Reporting
- Monitor relationship activity and engagement trends Provide leadership with observations and recommendations from partner interactions Help improve processes and responsiveness based on practice feedback

Success in this role includes both measurable outcomes and relationship quality.
Performance indicators include:
- Increased engagement among partner practices
- Growth in specialty and imaging service utilization
- Expansion of active referral relationships
- Improved referral consistency and patient flow

Compensation & Incentives
Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus an additional performance incentive opportunity equal to up to 30% based on defined organizational goals.

- Year-over-year comparisons are used to ensure growth measurement remains objective and fair.

Schedule & Work Environment:
This is a full-time position with typical work hours Monday–Thursday from 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.
This hybrid role includes:
- In-office time for planning, team collaboration, and coordination
- Remote flexibility for communication and administrative work
- Routine travel throughout the greater Omaha area to visit partner practices
- Because relationship-building is central to this position, regular in-person interaction with partner offices is essential.
- Occasional attendance at study clubs, seminars, educational programs, and evening events may also be required. Whenever possible, advance notice of at least two months will be provided.
