This role is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of relationship building, problem-solving, and long-term partnership development.

You will play a key role in helping general dental practices connect with the right resources within our organization , ultimately strengthening care delivery and supporting patient growth across orthodontics, periodontics, and diagnostic services.

This is a relationship-first, strategy-minded role, not a traditional marketing or sales position.

  • Building meaningful, long-term relationships with dental practices
  • Understanding their needs and challenges
  • Connecting them with relevant support and services
  • Strengthening engagement over time

3. Growth Enablement

  • Support increased utilization of services across imaging and specialty care
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and engagement over time

4. Insights & Communication

  • Track engagement trends and relationship activity
  • Share observations and feedback with leadership to improve alignment and service delivery

  • Thinks long-term rather than transactional
  • Can connect needs with meaningful solutions

Preferred Background

  • Experience in healthcare, dental, or clinical environments
  • Background in account management, customer success, or relationship development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Availability & Work Environment

This is a full-time role with expected working hours of Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Some flexibility may be required based on practice schedules, meetings, and relationship-building needs.

The role is a hybrid position, combining:

  • Time in-office for coordination, planning, and internal collaboration
  • Work-from-home flexibility for administrative follow-up and communication
  • Regular travel to partner dental practices and external offices within the greater-Omaha area.

Because this is a relationship-based role, in-person presence with partner practices is a key part of success.

Additionally, the role requires occasional participation in evening seminars, study clubs, and educational events throughout the year. These events are planned in advance, and a minimum of 2 months’ notice will be provided whenever possible to support scheduling and work-life planning.

Not a Good Fit If You…

  • Prefer transactional or short-term work
  • Rely heavily on marketing or advertising-driven growth
