You will play a key role in helping general dental practices connect with the right resources within our organization , ultimately strengthening care delivery and supporting patient growth across orthodontics, periodontics, and diagnostic services.
This is a relationship-first, strategy-minded role, not a traditional marketing or sales position.

Scope of the Role
This position supports both:
- 50% iMagDent (diagnostic imaging and radiology services)
- 50% MetroWest Orthodontics & Periodontics (specialty clinical care)
Both divisions serve the same broader mission: helping dental practices deliver better patient care and grow sustainably.
Key Responsibilities
1. Relationship Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with general dental practices within a defined regional network
- Develop deeper engagement with a smaller group of priority practices
- Stay connected through consistent communication and meaningful touchpoints
- Develop a strong understanding of each practice’s goals, challenges, and priorities
2. Practice Engagement & Support
- Serve as a connector between dental practices and appropriate internal resources
- Ensure practices are aware of and able to access available clinical, diagnostic, and educational support
- Maintain ongoing engagement to ensure long-term satisfaction and value
3. Growth Enablement
- Support increased utilization of services across imaging and specialty care
- Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and engagement over time
- Contribute to growth in patient flow and clinical case starts through relationship-driven activity
4. Insights & Communication
- Track engagement trends and relationship activity
- Share observations and feedback with leadership to improve alignment and service delivery
- Help ensure the organization remains responsive to the evolving needs of partner practices

Compensation Structure
This role includes a base salary plus a 30% performance-based incentive tied to overall growth and engagement outcomes across key service areas.
Performance is evaluated using clear, measurable indicators of:
- Practice engagement
- Service utilization
- Clinical growth contributions
Year-over-year comparisons are used to ensure fair and accurate measurement of growth.

Availability & Work Environment
This is a full-time role with expected working hours of Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Some flexibility may be required based on practice schedules, meetings, and relationship-building needs.
The role is a hybrid position, combining:
- Time in-office for coordination, planning, and internal collaboration
- Work-from-home flexibility for administrative follow-up and communication
- Regular travel to partner dental practices and external offices within the greater-Omaha area.
Because this is a relationship-based role, in-person presence with partner practices is a key part of success.
Additionally, the role requires occasional participation in evening seminars, study clubs, and educational events throughout the year. These events are planned in advance, and a minimum of 2 months’ notice will be provided whenever possible to support scheduling and work-life planning.
