JOB SUMMARY
- Support the full-cycle hiring process, including posting positions, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates.
- Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and ensure searches progress efficiently.
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation; coordinate all aspects of the new hire’s first days to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Assist in conducting orientation sessions and follow up with new employees as they acclimate to the organization.
- Provide general HR support including maintaining employee files, responding to inquiries, and assisting with benefits or policy updates.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in recruiting or onboarding.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with a friendly and approachable style.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management capabilities.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Experience with an ATS or HR information system is preferred but not required.

SALARY RANGE
$40,000 – $60,000 per year.
Bonus eligible.
