Key Responsibilities

The Associate Consultant would support the firm’s Consulting Group by managing the logistics involved in carrying out the client service model. These responsibilities are varied and include at least the following:

  • Maintain accurate client records, documents, and correspondence within CRM and performance reporting systems.
  • Execute and monitor trade instructions and coordinate with custodians to ensure proper settlement.
  • Process money movements including contributions, withdrawals, and capital calls, ensuring compliance with client authorizations and internal controls.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly performance reports.
  • Liaise with custodians, investment managers, and vendors to confirm data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Review and manage subscription and redemption documents for investment managers, ensuring accuracy and timely submission, owning back-end execution.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, including data collection, account set-up, and operational workflow implementation.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline reporting, data reconciliation, and compliance tracking.
  • Support project management efforts related to investment research, client transitions, and technology upgrades.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a Registered Investment Advisor Representative. If not already registered, expected to pass the Series 65 or other qualifying certification in the first 90 days of employment
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills in Microsoft Excel; Salesforce experience a plus
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office a plus

Salary Range: $77,000 USD - $82,000 USD
