What You’ll Do
As a Production Worker, you’ll play a key role in bringing our top-tier products to life. Your work directly contributes to the quality and success we’re known for.
Assemble products following daily schedules and standard work instructions
Ensure every product meets our high-quality standards
Keep an eye on inventory to make sure parts are always available
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Jump in and support the team with additional tasks as needed
Classification & Compensation
Classification: Non-Exempt | Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Starting Pay: $19.00 - $21/hour
Pay Range: $18.50 – $26.50/hour
Benefits Include:
Medical, vision, and dental coverage (eligible after 30 days)

401(k) Plan with company match up to 3% (eligibility after 12 months and age 21)
Paid Holidays: 9 standard 1 floating holiday
Vacation: 40 hours after 1 year of employment

Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable being on your feet most of the day
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Excellent attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
Experience in production, fabrication, or assembly (especially automotive or medical equipment)
Forklift experience
