As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. Handling a variety of responsibilities that keep the office organized, efficient, and moving forward.
COMPENSATION:
- Starting pay $22/hour. The full Pay Range for this position is $22-$25 per hour
- Full-Time (40-hour week) M-F 8:30am to 5pm
- Benefits (including medical vision, dental, 401K up to 3% match after 12 months and 21 years of age)
- 9 Holidays 1 floating holiday
- 1 Week Vacation at 1 year point

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Process sales orders and invoices in Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Create and manage return orders
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders
- Receive and process customer payments, including credit cards
- Answer and route incoming calls efficiently and professionally
- Retrieve and distribute voicemail messages
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Jump into additional tasks and projects as needed
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel & Word)
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and software
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
PREFERRED (BUT NOT REQUIRED)
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
