SUMMARY
iM3 is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. To excel as an Inside Sales Representative, you should be skilled at building immediate rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction. A successful candidate will be highly competitive and an attentive listener. Drug checks are required.
Note: This position involves working with digital imaging equipment, including digital X-ray generators. Although our systems do not contain radioactive cores and emit radiation only during active exposures, we maintain strict safety protocols at all times. As part of our commitment to regulatory compliance and workplace safety, all staff are required to wear radiation monitoring badges whenever they are working in proximity to imaging equipment.
COMPENSATION:
- The starting pay for this position is between $23 and $27 per hour, falling within the broader pay range of $21 to $34 per hour for this role.
- Full-Time (40-hour week)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing of orders using in-house software.
- Inside sales support: Support Distribution partners and their customers
- Organize and support trade shows and labs.
- Have a strong knowledge of the iM3 Product line.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable products or services based on their requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual company sales targets.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive landscape.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work independently.
Preferred
- BA, BS preferred.
- Experience in veterinary dental imaging is preferred.
- Experience in outside sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Experience in the veterinary industry.
- Sales Training or Certifications may be advantageous
