The Marketing Director Role
To serve as the commercial "air-cover" for our complex go-to-market operations, transforming targeted enterprise account based marketing and elite technology partnerships into a highly qualified, pipeline demand engine that drives accelerating, measurable growth.
What You'll Architect & Own
- Architect end-to-end multi-channel Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will own the top-of-funnel conversion that feeds our LAER (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew) lifecycle.
- Design and execute high-impact co-marketing initiatives (webinars, whitepapers, field dinners) leveraging Market Development Funds (MDF) from ecosystems like Shopify, Adobe, and Klaviyo to drive net-new pipeline.
- Proactively drive verticalized service-specifc campaigns with our Domain Principals, extracting their deep technical expertise to develop compelling, market-facing narratives that position IM Digital as the definitive enterprise modernizer.
- Co-own our HubSpot CRM with revenue leadership, including the CRO, VP Sales, and VP Client Services, supporting by a robust Revenue Operations department. You will architect the workflows, intent data triggers (e.g., 6sense), and attribution models that enforce The IMD Standard of absolute pipeline visibility.
- Drive the core lexicon by ensuring every campaign clearly articulates how we deliver to our clients with TotalCare.
Qualifications
- 5 years of B2B marketing experience within a commerce consultancy, systems integrator, or SaaS ecosystem.
- Deep operational knowledge of major commerce ecosystems (Shopify, Adobe, SAP, Klaviyo, Bloomreach) and the buyers who invest in them.
- Mastery of HubSpot Enterprise and modern intent data platforms.
- A true player-coach: you can strategize with C-level executives, yet you maintain the tactical ability to write the brief, draft the copy, and launch the campaign yourself.
