Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining and a passion for providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including food pairings and drink specials.
• Operate the Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or requests.
• Clean and sanitize bar equipment, glassware, and work areas regularly.
• Assist with catering events as required, ensuring timely service and presentation of beverages.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending within the food service or food industry, preferably in a fine dining setting.
• Proficiency with cash registers and point-of-sale systems such as Aloha POS.
• Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a hygienic work environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to enhance guest experiences.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while multitasking effectively.
• Team player with a willingness to help colleagues during busy shifts or special events.

Pay: $18.12 - $20.72 per hour
