Lead the IT backbone of a growing U.S. manufacturing operation where your work keeps production running and plants expanding.
Must-Haves
Own the full IT function for a large-scale manufacturing site. Lead a small team while partnering with operations, engineering, finance, and corporate IT across production, logistics, and yard operations.
What You Will Own
Site infrastructure, help desk, cybersecurity controls, ERP support, and IT projects including new facility readiness and plant expansions.
You will keep 24/7 operations connected, users supported, and systems secure, while building IT into every expansion project from day one.
Nice to Have
IT/OT exposure, NIST or CIS Controls knowledge, and certifications such as CCNA, Security , CISSP, or PMP.
The Ideal Candidate
Meets with executives in the morning, troubleshoots plant-floor connectivity in the afternoon, and manages a cybersecurity escalation the same day.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering required.

- Infrastructure expertise: networking, firewalls, servers, Microsoft 365
- ERP support experience in a plant setting
- Team and vendor management track record
