Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- 5 years of manufacturing or aerospace quality experience
- Strong knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and RCCA
- Lean principles knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Facilitate PFMEAs and process risk assessments
- Develop and maintain Control Plans
- Lead root cause and corrective action investigations
- Analyze quality trends, escapes, and defect data
- Run statistical analysis and process capability (Cp/Cpk) studies
- Build quality dashboards and metrics
- Drive COPQ reduction and continuous improvement
- Support manufacturing readiness and process validation
- Improve first pass yield and reduce recurring defects
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
- Aerospace quality system experience
- Six Sigma training
- $100,000 to $120,000 per year
- Annual bonus up to 40%, paid quarterly
- Two 2-week company shutdowns per year (July and December)
