Must-Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field plus 2 years relevant experience (or equivalent combination)
- Experience leading, training, or mentoring maintenance staff
- Background in food manufacturing (meat processing a plus)
- Ammonia refrigeration experience preferred
- Strong technical grasp of mechanical and electrical systems, PLCs, and instrumentation

- Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in preventive, predictive, and repair work

- Partner with Production to schedule repairs and minimize downtime
- Track KPIs for equipment reliability and contractor performance
- Ensure compliance with USDA regulations
- Advanced skills in ammonia refrigeration, high pressure boilers, and compressed air systems
- Strong leadership: conflict resolution, delegation, decision-making
- Bilingual, a plus
- Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
