A growing division of a large multinational renewable energy company is hiring an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction and installation on a utility-scale renewable energy project in Alamogordo, New Mexico. This role starts with an onboarding period at the company's Houston, Texas office before relocating to the project site.
Schedule
Field rotation schedule based at the Alamogordo, NM project site following onboarding in Houston, TX. Per diem is provided during on-site rotations.
Compensation
$130,000 to $140,000 per year, plus a per diem of $120 per day during site rotations and a company truck provided for work-related use once on site.
What You'll Do
The Electrical Superintendent will supervise and coordinate daily electrical construction activities in the field, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications. This includes managing subcontractors and crews performing electrical installation, coordinating closely with project management, QA/QC, and safety teams, and tracking progress while resolving field issues as they arise. The role is also responsible for daily and weekly production reporting, enforcing OSHA and site-specific safety requirements, and supporting commissioning and punch-list close-out activities as the project moves toward completion.

Required Qualifications
- 5 years of field supervisory experience in utility-scale renewable energy construction
- Current authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to relocate to Alamogordo, New Mexico following onboarding in Houston, Texas
- Experience in utility-scale solar or battery energy storage system (BESS) construction
- OSHA 30 certification
- $130,000 to $140,000 per year
- Per diem of $120 per day during site rotations
