We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for preparing, posting, and maintaining customer payment records, ensuring accurate invoicing, and supporting timely collections. This position plays a key role in maintaining the financial health of the organization through accuracy, organization, and proactive communication.

The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for preparing, posting, and maintaining customer payment records, ensuring accurate invoicing, and supporting timely collections. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and accounts receivable transactions
- Create and submit accurate customer invoices and sales orders in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain and update customer account records, including address changes and account updates
- Monitor accounts for past‑due balances and prepare standard collection correspondence
- Contact customers regarding delinquent accounts in a professional and customer‑focused manner
- Reconcile accounts receivable and assist with month‑end revenue reconciliations
- Prepare reports on the status of customer accounts as requested
- File, copy, retrieve, and maintain accounts receivable documentation
- Support the Senior Accounting Analyst and perform additional related duties as assigned
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- High attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self‑starter with a positive, high‑energy, and solution‑oriented mindset
