This role blends outside sales, relationship building, and strategic lead generation. You’ll hunt down new opportunities, manage dozens of touchpoints, and bring bold energy to every client interaction. Activities drive outcomes — and in this seat, your outcomes will speak for themselves. This position reports to the VP of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through cold outreach, warm connections, and strategic networking.
- Take full ownership of the sales hunt — build your hit list, blow up the phones, and get face-to-face with decision-makers.
- Manage a steady flow of warm inbound leads, but never sit back waiting for the phone to ring.
- Build and foster long-term relationships with clients and partners to drive future revenue growth.
- Deliver compelling, provocative conversations that bring our solutions to life and set you apart at the top of the leaderboard.
- Host site visits, facility tours, and executive-level discussions to showcase our capabilities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities with confidence and charisma.
- Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and business development metrics in our CRM.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize results.
- Support the deal cycle with follow-through, proposals, and ensure client success post-close.

Qualifications:
- 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience (outside sales strongly preferred).
- A people magnet with exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
- Proven ability to juggle dozens of opportunities at once and close consistently.
- Comfortable with outbound calling, in-person meetings, and executive-level conversations.
- Self-driven hunter mentality with the discipline to follow through.
- Experience with CRM systems.
What We Offer:
- Annual Compensation: $125,000 - $200,000
- Base Pay: $60,000 - $80,000 Commission (Uncapped)
