What are the responsibilities and job description for the Policy Support- Insurance Operations position at ILLUMIFIN?

Illumifin is looking for individuals with strong attention to detail to quality review insurance policies. This is an onsite position which includes assembly of the paper policy in conjunction with some computer work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Verify information is complete and accurate on all policies issued, documenting discrepancies that may require further action. This includes, but is not limited to, verifying policy information contained in proprietary systems.
2. Run premium quotes to verify premium through manual rate calculation, use of rate calculators, or use of client-supplied software.
3. Posting money to accounts and creating refunds and statements. Assemble and mail all completed policies. Process client specific shipping requests utilizing priority mail, UPS or FedEx software. Log all mailed kits as mailed in kit printer or EPS including tracking numbers.
4. Make policy changes and or corrections as applicable.
5. Reviewing and maintaining appropriate stock levels of mailing materials
6. Other duties as assigned.
