Odelson, Murphey, Frazier & McGrath, Ltd., located in Evergreen Park, Illinois is looking for an attorney with five to ten (plus) years of practice in municipal and/or school law to join our firm. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the representation of government entities and school districts throughout Illinois and will demonstrate a strong commitment to public sector service.
The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for public sector representation and experience in a broad range of related practice areas, including but not limited to: the Illinois Open Meetings Act, the Illinois Freedom of Information Act, zoning and land use, constitutional and contract law, labor and employment, parliamentary procedures, public utilities, and governmental liability and litigation.
The position involves working directly with local government and school district clients on general governance matters and includes attendance at board and committee meetings as required.
