## **Essential Functions**

• Subject to management approval, serves as the Finance Leadfor the
  
  

Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT)formulating policy and

planning, developing, organizing, controlling, and evaluating the

design of the statewide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program,

including functional areas such as Budget Execution, Budget

Preparation, Grants Management, Procurement, andCost/Project

Accounting.

• Overseesdesign of the integrated statewide solution,focusingon
  
  

assigned functional areas and staged configuration and

implementation in state agencies and constitutional offices,

including collaborating with ERP Program leadership to coordinate

and control the implementation of the ERP Program.

• Serves as full line supervisor.
• Serves as a member of the Executive ERP Program Team, including
  
  

participating in policy discussions to plan and coordinate short and

long-term goals andobjectivesof the ERP Program.

• Performs other duties asrequiredor assigned which arereasonably
  
  

withinthe scope of the dutiesenumeratedabove.

## **Minimum Qualifications**

• Requires knowledge,skilland mental development equivalent to
  
  

completion of four(4)years of college with coursework infiscal

management,accounting, budget, internal audit,insuranceor finance.

• Requiresprior experience equivalent tofour(4)years of progressively
  
  

responsible administrative experience infiscal management,

accounting, budget,or finance in a public or business organization.

• Requires three (3) years of professional supervisory experience in a
  
  

large business or private organization.
