Ball-Chatham Financial Secretaries are an integral part of the school community providing support for budgeting activities and accounts payable/receivables.
Starting Pay Rate: $20.00-28.30 per hour, commensurate with experience

Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with office equipment and Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to interpret policies and regulations, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
- Greet visitors and answer phones.
- Process mail, purchase orders, invoices, reimbursements, and bank deposits.
- Assist with budgets and maintain student activity accounts, including reconciliations and audit records.
- Manage athletic activity funds and prepare correspondence.
- Coordinate substitute coverage and process timesheets and leave requests.
- Communicate with transportation services and perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintain the qualifications and licensure outlined in the job description.
