## Essential Functions
- Under administrative direction, serves as the EUC Operations E
within End User Computing (EUC), providing leadership and management
oversight for advanced level remote and deskside troubleshooting and
support services on computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Manages and directs the installation, configuration, maintenance,

- Serves as full-line supervisor.
- Manages staff and multiple projects with relation to the

- Keeps abreast of new developments in the Information Technology (IT)
