## Essential Function

• Serves as Southern Region Facilities Manager
• Supports the direction of the regions Property Control Program and
  
  

instructs staff on Agency policy, rules, andregulations

• Serves as working supervisor
• Works closely with the Agencys Security Systems Coordinator to
  
  

ensure the regions compliance with Agencysafety standards

• Provides input into the evaluation and implementation of the Agencys
  
  

goals for meeting and maintaining Councilon Accreditation standards

which are specifically related to the management of facilities,

equipment, and recordkeeping

• Organizes goals and objectives for the distribution/delivery of
  
  

internal and inter-office mail delivery for the region

• Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably
  
  

within the scope of the duties enumeratedabove
