## Essential Functions
- Serves as Program Manager
- Serves as full line supervisor of subordinate staff
- Provides input into all statewide monitoring activities
- Consults with and advises community and regional advisory councils, committees, and private agencies onprogram needs, standards, and services
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumeratedabove. ## Minimum Qualifications
- Requires an MSW or master\'s degree in a related human services field.
- Requires four years of progressively administrative child welfare experience with an MSW OR five years of progressivelyresponsible administrative child welfare experience with a master\'s degree in a related human services field.
Salary : $11,000 - $13,000
