services related to guardianship and adoption action planning and
licensing action planning.\

- Directs, plans, and manages Tragedy Reviews and action plan
- Serves as full line supervisor.
- Represents the Deputy Director and the Department before other state
courts, and lay groups with regard to permanency-related issues.
- Serves as Master Trainer in designated areas.
