## Position Overview
The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an
organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as
Transactions Supervisor. Under administrative direction, this position
will manage and supervise personnel transactions activities for assigned
staff and coordinate highly confidential personnel matters with the
Personnel Manager and appropriate management staff within the
Department. The position will provide oversight of full-scale onboarding
of staff from beginning to end of the process and supervise subordinate
staff. The position will also monitor agency practice to ensure
compliance with personnel procedures, coordinate personnel efforts with
the Payroll Office, and review requests to fill vacancies. This position
provides a great opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented person
who is interested in using their human resources skills to ensure the
Departments personnel activities are performed in an efficient,
