Role Description
IBHG is seeking 1-2 Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PsyD/PhD) with expertise in psychological and neuropsychological testing. This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Skokie, IL. Responsibilities include conducting assessments and psychological evaluations, interpreting test results, conducting therapy across the lifespan, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care. Responsibilities include approximately 75% therapy/25% test, with flexibility to increase testing volume if desired. Duties also involve potential opportunities to supervise clinical staff or doctoral-level trainees and contributing to the overall advancement of programs and mental health services within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Psychology, including expertise in Psychological and Neuropsychological Testing (Experience with Autism Testing using the ADOS-2 is strongly preferred)
- Strong skills in Mental Health evaluation, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Experience in Counseling Psychology to provide individualized and empathetic care
- Competence in Clinical Supervision, with the ability to mentor and guide other clinicians or trainees
- Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
- Active license (or license-eligible) as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of Illinois
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience with diverse populations and a commitment to culturally sensitive care
- Experience in research or teaching is a plus
