Licensed mental health professional who can provide:Diagnostic assessments and create customized treatment plans with measurable goals and objectivesIndividual, group, and family counseling using IFS, feminism, and other evidence-based modalities (18-24 client caseload per week)Weekly intake assessmentsIntervention and crisis management when neededFollow-up/reassessment on patient progress to ensure quality careAccurate and timely clinical documentationClinical supervision for 1-2 unlicensed staff and/or studentsDidactic training pertaining to expertiseAssistance in hiring for new practicum students and staffAssistance in training program evaluation and developmentCollaboration with psychiatrists, therapists, and administrative staffReferrals for patients and families to community resources or specialists as neededWhat we offer:Medical Health InsuranceMalpractice/Liability InsuranceAssistance with Insurance Paneling/CredentialingAnnual $250 CE ReimbursementA strong support systemA great, friendly, supportive team of therapistsMinimal paperwork.
