Food Production Worker

Important details to share with candidates: Work Environment: This is a very cold environment (20–40 degrees). Ensure they understand the importance of covering themselves adequately with multiple sweaters if necessary. They can also use double socks and beanies if need be.Language Requirement: Must be bilingual or Spanish-speaking.Work Conditions: The area is extremely congested, including the lunchroom, and parking is limited (may need to park a block away). Supervisors and leads may speak loudly due to the fast pace of the production line and high noise levels in the room. Please ensure candidates are aware of these factors in advance and confirm that they are still interested; otherwise, they may not be a good fit for this role.Pay Increases: We offer an automatic increment program of $0.25 every 3 months, with an automatic $1.00 raise every year. Riteway Packers, RBR packers, and Pizza light and heavies receive their $0.25 increase every 6 months.Physical Labor: For all positions involving Heavies, please ensure that the job description and interview process clearly emphasize the significant amount of physical labor required. Candidates must acknowledge and fully agree to these physical expectations prior to hire, as individuals who are not prepared for this level of physical work will not be successful in the role.1st shift 12/4/25 – 1 Heavy at 6am the 1st day. RBR Packer, the packer will be working with meat, packaging meat, and push cows on rack. The carcass hangs from a ceiling rail with wheels that allows easy push access. Other tasks include carrying small bins to and from their workstation Regular Schedule 4am – 12:30pm . Pay @ $16.75. Please inform associate department is currently not working full shift  12/4/25 – 1 Heavy for Prep Kitchen 6am first day (working with ingredients. Carrying bins of cheese and other ingredients into the pizza department for the assembly workers). Payrate $17.00 and regular start time is 6a-3pm With Resume QA- 1 Light or 1 Heavy. Regular start time is 530am- 6am and out by 330pm (must be flexible with start time because associates get rotated) Monday-Friday, some weekends when trainings are programed. Payrate starts at $17 but is subject to change depending on experience. Preferably someone who’s worked in the food industry. (Inspect warehouse cleanliness, ensure that everyone is following GMPS, collect documents and manage retention samples. 2nd shift12/3/25 – 1 Heavy Rite-way Butcher- start time for the 1st day is 1pm. Regular schedule is Monday – Friday from 1p-930pm. Working in the cold environment, working with knifes, fast pace. Associates will be trained on how to make the cuts required. No experience necessary. We will train. Payrate is $18.00 12/3/25– 1 Heavy Shipping at 3:30pm 1st day. Regular schedule, 4pm- 12:30am payrate $16.75 General Labor. Associate will be palletizing manually, moving product from one pallet to another, shrink wrapping, etc....Please let the associate know that they may work less than 8 hours, depends on production. Thursday 12/4/25 – 2 Lights for the Pizza, 3:30 PM first day (working with ingredients and carrying trays into the production room to feed the assembly line.) Pay rate is @$16.50. Regular schedule is 4PM – 1AM MON-Fri. With Resume QA- 1 Light or 1 Heavy. Regular start time is 230pm or 3pm and out time is no later than 1230am (must be flexible with start time because associates get rotated) Monday-Friday, some weekends when trainings are programed. Payrate starts at $17 but is subject to change depending on experience. Preferably someone who’s worked in the food industry.
