Production Manager

Position Description:  The Production Manager will lead and oversee the teams that perform packaging and infused product manufacturing operations, ensuring product consistency, quality, and compliance with regulations. This role involves managing manufacturing and packaging processes, overseeing team members and production schedules, and maintaining the production environment to meet company standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supports workforce and performance management including employee onboarding, training, mentoring, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans for processing and packaging departments.Manages production workflows for packaging, processing, and edible production, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations for cannabis processing and product quality.Troubleshoot and resolve problems that may arise during packaging and infused product manufacturing processes.Manage accurate inventory of ingredients and supplies that support a continuous product pipeline.Manages and ensures tracking, reporting, and analysis of infused product operations.Analyzes inventory to plan and schedule production operations to align with Key Performance IndicatorsEnsures training processes are compliant, effective, and safe across all teams and positions within packaging and processing.Assists with labor allocation to ensure that all production operations are used efficiently and effectively. Maintain an accurate production schedule for all infused product manufacturing and packging.Manages accurate METRC inventory of infused products according to state regulations.Collaborate with leadership in ongoing improvement of SOPs and product development for infused product manufacturing.Institutes of culture of continuous improvement that celebrates employees' contributions to providing more value to our customer ​​Qualifications and Education Requirements​:Minimum of 2 years of commercial cannabis extraction experience and 3 years in a laboratory setting.Minimum of 2 years of commercial manufacturing experienceStrong knowledge of infused product manufacturing processes.1 year experience with METRC inventory system.Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and meet deadlines.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Must be at least 21 years of age and comply with all company regulations.This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions.
