THE OPPORTUNITY (POSITION OVERVIEW) The Deputy Director of Secondary Implementation will collaborate with iLEAD CA staff to design, implement, and improve personalized secondary learning programs. This includes integrating CTE and Dual Enrollment opportunities, conducting pathway assessments, and using data to identify needs and guide decision-making. The role supports schools in implementing programs with clear benchmarks, monitors learner progress and program effectiveness, and analyzes secondary outcomes to inform continuous improvement. Additionally, the Deputy Director provides targeted professional development, promotes a culture of data-driven reflection, ensures fidelity of grant-funded programs, and supports equitable access to college and career pathways, while performing other duties as assigned.

Teaching Credential required. Classroom experience required. Leadership experience required.
