Assistant General Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cleveland, OH, for an Assistant General Manager. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining high-quality standards. Additional responsibilities include scheduling, inventory control, compliance with health and safety regulations, and assisting in developing strategies to achieve business goals. The Assistant General Manager will collaborate with the General Manager to foster a positive team culture and ensure operational efficiency.

• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including dining service standards, inventory management, and scheduling.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and compliance regulations within the hospitality industry.
• Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial management practices in restaurant operations.
• Prior experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
