Responsibilities

• Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning food items under supervision
• Support the cleaning of kitchen stations, and service equipment to maintain a spotless environment
• Follow proper food handling procedures and safety protocols in accordance with health regulations
• Assist with catering setups and banquet events by preparing ingredients or clearing service areas as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of prepared food items and efficient service flow

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Experience in food handling, cleaning, or basic culinary tasks is advantageous
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy hospitality environment
