Duties
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring a spotless dining area for incoming patrons
- Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and delivering condiments or utensils as needed
- Support food service operations by helping with food handling and delivery to tables in coordination with servers
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and organizing supplies
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
- Assist with catering setups or special event support when required
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines related to food handling and restaurant hygiene standards
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, bussing techniques, and food industry best practices is advantageous
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
