Job Summary:
Onsite in Dallas office
Serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the CEO, advancing organizational alignment, operational excellence, and the seamless execution of executive priorities. The role leads cross-functional initiatives, streamlines decision-making processes, and enhances communication between the office of the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders. This role drives strategic planning efforts, prepares executive insights
and briefings, manages high-impact initiatives, and proactively identifies organizational needs—enabling the CEO to focus on enterprise growth, client success, and innovation. This position is essential in shaping the company’s operating rhythm, fostering enterprise-wide collaboration, and amplifying the CEO’s vision throughout the organization.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Serve as a confidential sounding board for the CEO, helping evaluate innovative ideas and strategic
initiatives. Conduct research, analysis, and synthesis of information to provide data-driven recommendations on business challenges and opportunities.
Identify inefficiencies in organizational processes, recommend improvements, and implement solutions that enhance productivity and operational effectiveness across the company.
Lead and manage high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that fall outside traditional departmental ownership. Ensure projects align with the CEO’s vision and are delivered on time and with measurable results.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the CEO's priorities and advance organizational objectives.
Serve as a primary communication channel between the CEO and executives, employees, boardmembers, investors, and clients. Draft reports, presentations, briefings, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
Assists in managing the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and time allocation to ensure focus on high-impact activities. Attend meetings on the CEO’s behalf, capture key insights, and ensure the efficient flow of information to and from the executive office.
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate key meetings—including executive sessions, board meetings, and strategic planning sessions—by setting agendas, guiding productive discussions, capturing outcomes, and ensuring follow-through on action items.
Education:
Master’s Degree MBA, preferably with a concentration in Finance.
or a related field.
Experience
8 - 10 years of experience in roles such as management consulting,
strategy, operations, project management, or executive leadership.
Experience collaborating directly with senior executives or in fast-paced,
high-growth, or complex organizations. Healthcare and/or health tech
Experience Preferred.
Proven experience in a high-impact role such as project management,
management consulting, operations, or a similar position within a
fast-growing organization.
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical problem-solving
capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $150,000-$175,000 a year. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to current market conditions, location, education, work experience, certifications, etc. IKS Health offers a competitive benefits package, including healthcare, 401k, and paid time off (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements for full-time employees).
