A nationally recognized Am Law 200 law firm is seeking a skilled mid- to senior-level attorney (Associate or Senior Counsel) to join its Business Law practice group. This opportunity offers flexibility in both schedule and career structure, including full-time or part-time arrangements, remote work options, and both partner-track and non-partner-track opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in business and commercial law, with a strong emphasis on commercial contracting matters. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, revising, and negotiating sophisticated agreements, including business-to-business supply agreements and other complex commercial contracts. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage complex legal matters efficiently and collaboratively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business law and commercial contract review
- Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, revising, and negotiating complex business-to-business commercial agreements
- Experience representing manufacturers in commercial relationships with customers, distributors, and suppliers is strongly preferred
- Strong academic credentials and outstanding organizational, drafting, and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and business professionals across multiple offices and jurisdictions
- Prior large law firm and/or in-house counsel experience is preferred, but not required
Salary : $180,000 - $290,000
