Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Provide leadership and direction for production operations.
- Bachelor of Engineering (preferably ME).
- Minimum 5 progressive years in operations as superintendent or supervisor.
- Proven track record of continuous improvement in production rates, levels of quality, and waste reduction.
- Driving process consistency and standardization across all shifts.
- Research and recommendation of new capital equipment purchases.
- Highly developed leadership, change management, interpersonal, communication and people skills to drive plant performance.
- Demonstrated ability to build team capability.
- Proven track record of operational enhancement, capital projects and operational improvements.
- Lean Manufacturing experience, a plus.
