JOB DESCRIPTION
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Must Have
- 2-3 years of hands-on configuration experience with Stibo STEP (object modelling, match/merge, workflow, business rules)
- 5 years of overall experience in Master Data Management, Product Information Management, or related data governance disciplines
- Demonstrated experience designing match/merge and survivorship rules for party/account-type master data
- Excellent written documentation skills - configuration specs, rule definitions, and runbooks must be audit-ready
- Strong English communication skills for daily collaboration with onshore Developer, QA, and business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of MDM governance concepts: golden records, stewardship workflows, data lineage, and source-system reconciliation
- Working knowledge of Snowflake - able to understand and validate how mastered records and xref keys land in a Snowflake-based analytical platform
Nice To Have
Experience with regulatory frameworks relevant to insurance master data (NAIC, BCBS 239, statutory reporting)
